Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the specified market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales orders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Experience:

We are looking for highly motivated Independent Sales Agents for the North American markets. Ideal candidates will have:
Experience in the Salesforce and/or CRM space
A strong background in software sales (at least four years)
A proven ability to engage new clients and close deals
You will be supported by our extensive team, including Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Sales Support, Pre-Sales, Technical, and Marketing teams. With an average of nine years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, our delivery staff has successfully executed over 700 projects globally. We are a mature business that maintains a start-up feel, ready to support you every step of the way.
Sales agents earn 10% of the contract value on deals they manage from start to finish and all subsequent deals in the account for 24 months, provided they maintain the account. We offer a 5% residual contract value for deals within the account for 18 months.
