Background:
I have worked in customer service in many different capacities. I am currently looking to transition into SaaS as an SDR or BDR. I graduated from Elevate vocational sales school where I learned how to craft cold emails, cold call and use different types of tech sales software. I am familiar with Hubspot, LinkedIn, Google Docs, Apollo, LeadIQ, and Salesloft. My customer service skills will be very beneficial when I am making cold calls. I have dealt with people from all walks of life, and I found ways to relate to them all seamlessly. When I taught ESL online, I was able to connect with the students quickly and easily.
