Job Description:
Business Development Reps (BDRs) are responsible for outbound lead prospecting
Responsible for marketing programs aimed at generating sales leads
Full Cycle Sales (Account Executives, or AEs) are responsible for Closed Deals
Responsible for hiring, training, managing a sales organization and building a repeatable and scalable sales process

I love working with pre-seed to series A/B level startups. Specially excited about laying the groundwork, iterating quickly on what works and then setting up processes to scale businesses. Love to build revenues and relationships, strategic partnerships that form the base of a successful startup going forward. I've been fortunate working with two YC backed startups. I was one of the founding employees with one of the startups, whereas the other startup is already a unicorn and hence tackling problems of a different magnitude.
