Position Details

Looking for an experienced person with sales experince for my ADHD Life Coaching Business.

**20-30 hours a week with the ability to transition to a 40 hour work week if needed.**

Must be a team-player, personable, good communicator, hungry, detail-oriented, fast learner and coachable.

We are dedicated to helping you grow and will be putting a lot of time into your success. We expect the same back.

Responsibilities:

* Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully implementing our discovery calls.

* Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

* Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

* Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Requirements and skills:
* Speak English

*Take and schedule Zoom Consultations with leads

*Be highly organized.

*Take copious notes and keep data on our CRM system (Active Campaign) and Google Sheets

*Track KPIs

*Follow a Sales Script

*Show good listening and communication skills

*Have high-speed wifi access

*Be personable

*Knowledgeable of ADHD and learn about our coaching programs and models

*Be able to communicate effectively and timely with our coaches, assistants, and CEO

*Follow up with old leads (according to our follow up system)

*Must have flexible hours

*Job currently requires approximately 20 hours/week (Calls are usually made between 9 am ET- 8pm ET

*Must be "hungry" and driven.

* Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets (PREFERABLY in the education or mental health field)

* Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences

* Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

* Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

* Strong business sense and industry expertise

* Excellent coaching, communication, and team player

* Communicate with coaches on the onboarding of new clients

* Weekly meeting with administration

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $1.00 - $250.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

  • Weekends as needed
