Responsibilities:
- Target decision-makers and influencers within automotive retail groups.
- Introduce our innovative AI sales associate, highlighting its ability to generate, nurture, maintain, and convert leads through digital communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize Hubspot, Pipedrive or similar CRM system to manage customer accounts and track sales activities
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive software or SAAS sales preferred
- Existing connections with automotive dealers preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers
- Proficient in using technology tools such as CRM systems, email, and chat platforms
- Knowledge of telemarketing or inside sales techniques is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
