PropelrPay had an initial Apollo.io instance but was just scratching the surface of its capabilities, as well as some struggles with account prioritization and keeping data and deals up to date. Using mostly a call first based approach to trigger automatins (see Apollo.io Call Workflows for exact setup and strategy), we turned Apollo.io into an automated, multi-channel outbound lead engine for John and PropelrPay.
