Full-Cycle Sales Account Executive

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Full-Cycle Sales Account Executive (AE) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. This is a 100% commission-based position, offering 35% of each deal you close.
Responsibilities: Identify and generate new leads through various channels Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients Negotiate and close business deals Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM
Requirements: Proven experience in full-cycle sales, preferably in the tech or business solutions industry Strong lead generation skills and ability to close deals Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Compensation: This is a 100% commission-based role Earn 35% commission on every deal you close
