We are looking for a mature, professional individual to handle inbound sales calls for Write a Book Foundation and CaryPress International Books. This person will need to be included in our Google Voice and Zoom call forwarding service. Their role will involve engaging inbound calls in pleasant and professional 10-12 minute conversations, with training provided. The goal is to book Zoom and in-person meetings with the Director of the company, guiding prospects through our writing, publishing, and book marketing process, and assisting in signing up new author clients.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate documentation
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales or a similar role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- CRM experience and proficiency in sales administration and benefits administration
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Telemarketing experience is a bonus
