We’re seeking a driven, results-oriented Video Production Sales Representative to bring new clients to our video production company. You will play a key role in shaping our growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You'll leverage your networking and relationship-building skills to connect with potential clients and close deals that align with our creative vision for compelling, high-quality video content.

You’ll focus on expanding our client base across diverse industries where high-quality video production is in demand. This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter with a passion for sales and a keen eye for market trends in the digital media space.

Compensation:
This is a commission-based position, with a competitive 25% commission on all revenue generated from clients you bring in. This structure is designed to reward your sales performance directly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, target, and acquire new clients seeking professional video production services.
• Maintain relationships with clients, acting as a point of contact throughout the project.

Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has a proven track record in sales (preferably in media or creative industries), and is passionate about connecting brands or artists with high-quality video production services.

Qualifications

• Negotiation, customer service, and sales experience
• Proficiency in outside sales
• Strong business development and B2B sales skills
• Relevant network needing high-quality video content (a Strong Plus)
