Role Description
**100% Commission based**
This is a remote, contractor role for a Territory Sales Rep at Rebellion Sports. The Territory Sales Rep will be responsible for sportswear sales and activities within a specific geographic area, building and maintaining customer relationships, providing training on products, and overseeing sales performance to meet targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers within the assigned territory to drive business development efforts.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for upselling products and services.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings based on customer feedback and market analysis.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining ongoing communication with clients.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay informed about market dynamics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Relationship with local sports clubs, teams and organizations
- Understanding of needed apparel for team sports
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong understanding of territory sales strategies and business development principles.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
