Technical Sales Development Representative - Contract
Dojo Five is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Development Representative (Contract) to support our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up appointments for our sales executives. Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through outbound prospecting and qualifying
- Conduct high-volume cold calling and emailing to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales executives to further develop relationships and close deals
- Research and identify potential customer needs and pain points
- Develop a deep understanding of Dojo Five's products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to prospects
- Track and manage all prospecting and lead generation activities in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation processes and strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets and objectives
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or lead generation role (experience in the technology industry is a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and quotas
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively as part of a team
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
