.Product Mgmt Focus:
- Define and propose key product features for B2B SaaS GenAI product based on market and customer inputs, competitive positioning, and specific customer requirements
- Establishes a basic understanding of existing product mgmt., development, release processes, technology product strategy, and roadmap
- Perform ad-hoc assignments that assist in the development of product strategy and roadmap
- Actively research customer issue trends, competitive landscape, and industry-specific applicability of product solution.
- Collaborates closely with engineering teams in key feature Test Case Definition, Evaluation and Acceptance and certification
Customer Success Focus:
- Onboarding and Implementation: Guiding customers through the onboarding process, conducting kickoff calls, ensuring proper setup and configurations, providing training resources, and tracking milestones.
- Driving Adoption and Value Realization: Establishing customer goals, creating success plans, educating on product capabilities, providing best practices, tracking usage analytics, conducting regular reviews, and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Customer Retention Monitoring renewal dates, surveying satisfaction, mitigating risks, presenting business cases for renewal, negotiating contracts, and analyzing reasons for churn.
- Customer Advocacy and Expansion: Requesting referrals, testimonials, and case studies, supporting customers as references, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, maintaining engagement, and developing expansion proposals.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or related field of study; or MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering preferred
- 1- 3 years solid B2B product/service/platform roadmap ownership
- Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) market, products, and domains
- Strong business aptitude with digital marketing techniques and B2B environment
- Exceptional presentation and writing skills, with emphasis on clarity and simplicity
- Highly creative with the ability to rapidly innovate and originate ideas
- Ability to take ownership of assigned projects and bring them to completion
- A passion for delivering a great customer experience and product-led growth (PLG)
- Project management and excellent communication skills
