Responsibilities
- Lead from the front in high value sales deal closures with top-tier clients, setting a benchmark for the team.
- Strategically drive company revenue through effective leadership of the sales team.
- Develop and implement robust sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Manage and expand client relationships, ensuring a high level of retention and satisfaction.
- Mentor and develop a team of sales professionals to foster a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and optimize client solutions.
- Provide detailed sales forecasting and set performance metrics.
- Ensure the sales team's adherence to sales processes and guidelines that enhance customer experience and engagement.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years in sales leadership, preferably within technology, marketing agency, or media industry.
- Demonstrated experience in MarTech, AdTech, SaaS, or AI software sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with C-level executives.
- Proficiency in CRM and digital marketing tools to drive sales and analyze performance metrics.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven history of effective team building and strategic sales planning.
