Position Details

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to join our growth stage AI startup. We help customers build AI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, sales initiatives, and fostering strong customer relationships.

Duties:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to meet company objectives
- Lead the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and markets
- Track leads, opportunities, and sales performance
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion
- Manage projects related to business development and sales initiatives
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans

Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and project management
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Strategic planning abilities to drive long-term growth
- Excellent customer relationship management skills

Nice-to-have Skills:
- Familiarity with various sales methodologies and techniques
- Experience in developing and executing strategic partnerships
- Knowledge of market analysis and competitive intelligence practices

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $3,000.00 - $7,200.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus opportunities

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Required)
