We are an EdTech/HRTech company looking for a driven sales and marketing professional to contribute to our ongoing growth. The primary goal of this position is to set up leads to talk to our founder or senior sales staff. Part of this is cold reachout (LinkedIn preferred), some of it is reachout to the 15k emails that have opted in to our list (cleaning is needed first), and part is to nurture inbound leads. Our software is B2B or B2Gov, so the sales cycle is long but high-value. Minimum cost of the software is $6000. The ideal candidate will thrive in the long game, building relationships on trust and expertise, and educating contacts on the benefits of quality assessment and psychometrics..
We are based in the USA, but much of the opportunity is in Latin America, so a bilingual person is advantageous. Definitely must be fluent in English, to reach out to our primary target markets in the USA.

Target pay rate is $15/hour plus commissions
