Responsibilities
- Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize on calling approaches
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve individual targets while contributing to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound call sales
- Experience with outbound calling and telemarketing techniques REQUIRED.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
