Position Details

ONE Technology Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Consultant with experience selling staff augmentation/Talent Acquisition Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the staffing industry, cultivating relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining customer satisfaction in the staffing and talent acquisition space.

What you need / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in staff augmentation, talent acquisition, or staffing services.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategies and techniques in the staffing industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels in need of staffing solutions.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive for results in the staffing and talent acquisition space.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working with RPOs (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) or MSPs (Managed Service Providers) is a plus.
  • Extensive client network and strong business development skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Must be either a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans specific to staff augmentation, talent acquisition, and staffing services to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the staffing industry through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in need of staff augmentation and talent acquisition services, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Track sales activity related to staff augmentation and staffing services, prepare accurate sales forecasts, and report on sales performance to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including recruiting, operations, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience in staffing engagements.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments in the staffing and talent acquisition space to identify growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements for staff augmentation and talent acquisition services with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively address customer concerns and inquiries related to staff augmentation and talent acquisition, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members in the staffing and talent acquisition domain, fostering their professional development and success.
