Job Description:
We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Leader with telecom experience to join our dynamic team. Your mission: generate new business, qualify leads, and drive growth through inbound, outbound, and account-based strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute account management activities, driving revenue growth and establishing strong relationships with key CSPs in the Messaging and Communications industry.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with telecom operators and clients by understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services, contributing to revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of services, meeting client requirements and project timelines.
- Conduct client training sessions on effective use of Sabrhub services, addressing questions or concerns, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales working with US-based CSPs, handling inbound and outbound calls and inquiries.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and enthusiasm for technology.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role within a Startup.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls.
- Track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive).
- Familiarity with MS Excel and/or Google Suite for analyzing spreadsheets and charts.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
