JOB DUTIES:
- Manage all aspects of a portfolio of accounts with the goals of growing revenue and profitability for each client. Working closely with the Account Director to strategically drive decision-making and oversee the resolution of technical issues to ensure successful marketplace performance.
- Develop a deep understanding of all your clients’ products and be able to answer detailed questions regarding their project progress, sales, and profitability.
- Professionally communicate with clients to help resolve issues, gather and organize required information, and provide exemplary customer service.
- Strategically scaling client presence on various marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.) using data-driven insights and market trends.
- Collaborate with your Marketing Manager and Account Management peers on marketplace experimenting, split testing, and creatively troubleshooting problems. Providing valuable insights in the management of your portfolio.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Experience working with multiple large and small retailers, and providing advice and direction to management-level contacts.
- Experience in working with international team members and clients
- Exceptional Knowledge of Seller Central and the FBA environment
- An analytical mindset to solve problems, connect complex ideas and think outside the box.
- Proficiency in analyzing data with the ability to manipulate large data sets
- Superior written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency using Excel, flat file, ASANA, and Google Workspace (G Suite) applications
- Comfort level in a fast-paced, team environment and experience working in high-pressure situations with demonstrated effectiveness in prioritizing tasks and projects.
- Amazon Brand Management Experience (ideally 5+ years)
