SEASONAL Inbound Contact Center Agent (Remote)
Hourly Pay: $12/hr. (Non-Exempt) | Part Time
Brandt Information Services, based in Tallahassee, FL, is on the hunt for dynamic individuals for an exciting seasonal opportunity during peak months. Be the go-to voice of assistance, connecting with customers about hunting and fishing licenses, permits, camping reservations, and park passes all from the comfort of your own home!
Candidates must be available to work between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. EST and available to work on weekends. This is a part-time role with the ability to work 20 - 25 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
- Handle 98% inbound calls – no sales quotas!
- Assist with license/permit purchases, camping reservations, and park passes.
- Answer inquiries on rules and regulations, navigating wildlife agency websites.
- Provide application/website support and basic troubleshooting.
- Process license/permit sales and assist with fulfillment.
- Hero support for Point-of-Sale agents' hardware and application issues.
- Embrace exciting duties assigned by a supervisor.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong customer service, active listening, and communication skills.
- Availability for a variety of shifts from home.
- Solid computer and internet skills.
- Internet speed of 10 Mbps or higher demonstrated during the interview.
- Create a private and quiet workspace for uninterrupted calls.
