Your role will involve assessing clients' needs, recommending suitable insurance policies, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Evaluate clients' insurance needs and financial situation to recommend appropriate coverage options
- Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and personalized service
- Explain complex insurance policies and terms in a clear and understandable manner
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' requirements
- Assist clients in filing insurance claims and provide support throughout the claims process
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
- Collaborate with underwriters, actuaries, and other professionals to ensure accurate risk assessment
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track interactions and manage client information efficiently
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and investment management
- Knowledge of technical accounting principles and financial planning strategies
- Proficiency in financial analysis and cash management techniques
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Familiarity with wills, trusts, and estate law is a plus
- Strong mathematical skills for calculating premiums, risks, and returns
- Experience in asset management or related fields is advantageous
