About Us: We are a medical clinic focused on expanding our patient base and forming valuable partnerships with other healthcare providers. To help drive this growth, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Representative with a strong background in the medical field. If you have excellent communication skills, experience in selling to medical practices, and a passion for healthcare, we want to hear from you.
Position Overview: The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential medical practices to generate new business opportunities. You will be focused on building relationships with medical professionals, introducing them to our services, and securing partnerships or patient referrals. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, preferably in the medical industry, and be confident in cold calling and direct outreach to healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:
✅Lead Generation: Identify and target medical practices and healthcare professionals for potential partnerships, using both cold calling and direct outreach strategies.
✅Sales Presentations: Present our clinic’s services, offerings, and benefits to medical practices in a clear, professional manner.
✅Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with medical practice administrators, doctors, and other healthcare decision-makers.
✅Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales leads, follow-ups, and conversion rates using CRM tools or relevant software.
✅Voice and Communication: Effectively communicate the value of our services with a professional and engaging voice. Your ability to clearly articulate our value proposition over the phone is crucial.
✅Market Research: Conduct ongoing research into the healthcare market to understand trends and identify potential areas for growth and outreach.
✅Follow-Up: Maintain consistent communication with prospects and partners to ensure long-term business relationships and continued engagement.
✅Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Qualifications:
✅Experience: Proven experience in sales, with a strong preference for experience in the medical field or in cold calling medical practices.
✅Voice Skills: Strong, clear, and professional voice with the ability to engage healthcare professionals over the phone.
✅Sales Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to present and close deals effectively.
✅Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with medical professionals.
✅Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and tools used for tracking sales leads and managing pipelines.
✅Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
✅Experience selling services to medical practices, clinics, or healthcare professionals.
✅Knowledge of the healthcare market and an understanding of the needs and challenges faced by medical practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Work Location: Remote
