We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative who has worked in sales or marketing within a retirement community to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales within a start up environment. You will be working for some very experienced Television Producers who love creating smart new business with fun people. This role would be perfect for someone who is looking for part time income, who is semi-retired but looking to grow a fun business, or a go getter that needs flexibility in their work while also knows how to get the job done in sales!
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve goals
- Conduct outside sales activities to acquire new clients and maintain existing relationships
- Clearly communicate the value proposition to Retirement Communities
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Lead the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
Qualifications
- Experience and understanding of what Retirement Communities Marketing Departments. (This is a major plus and really who we are looking for!)
- Proven track record in sales, and business development roles
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in technology sales and utilizing CRM tools like PipeDrive (This would be a plus but not mandatory. We can teach this)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $500.00 - $2,500.00 per week
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
