Job Role:
As a Setter/Closer for Veritas Creative Media, you will work closely with our clients, who are primarily online coaches, to engage with their leads and convert them into paying customers.

We are also open to hiring individuals on a performance-based structure, where earnings directly reflect the results delivered

You will be responsible for contacting leads, setting appointments, and guiding them through the sales process to a successful close. Additionally, you'll attend regular team meetings to align with sales objectives, collaborate on strategies, and report on performance metrics. This is an exclusive contract, meaning you cannot take on other jobs during your time with Veritas.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with leads for our online coach clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions that align with our clients' services.
  • Set appointments and follow up consistently to ensure leads progress through the sales funnel.
  • Present clients’ offerings, handle objections, and close deals to convert leads into loyal customers.
  • Attend team meetings to align with company-wide sales goals and strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the client and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and client handovers.
  • Provide feedback on sales activity, track metrics, and report performance regularly.
  • Stay informed on industry trends relevant to online coaching and digital marketing.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a setter/closer or in a similar sales role, with a successful track record in meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage your time efficiently and maintain high levels of productivity.
  • Experience in online coaching, digital marketing, or working with coaches is a plus, but not required.

Exclusive Agreement:
This is an exclusive contract, and you must not engage in any other employment or sales roles while working with Veritas Creative Media.
