Are you a highly skilled and motivated sales professional seeking a rewarding opportunity to grow your income while working with a fast-growing digital marketing agency? PHUELED is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team and help drive our continued success.

Compensation & Growth Potential:

  • Commission: $3,000 for every signed deal, plus 10-20% of the monthly retainer for the lifetime of the client relationship, based on retainer size.
  • Career Advancement: This role starts off on a contractor basis but offers the potential to evolve into a high-commission, high-salary full-time position for top performers who consistently close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate high-quality leads for PHUELED’s digital marketing services.
  • Outreach Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan to prospect new leads and build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Discovery Calls: Schedule and conduct discovery calls alongside PHUELED’s founders to assess client needs, pain points, and business goals.
  • Sales Process: Guide prospects through the sales process, present our agency audit, and lead negotiations to successfully close deals.
  • Client Transition: Once a deal is closed, transition the client to our internal team, allowing you to focus on pursuing new opportunities and closing more business.

Ideal Client Profile:

At PHUELED, our ideal clients are D2C e-commerce brands with annual revenues between $5-100 million and a marketing spend of over $50,000 per month. We work across various e-commerce verticals, including:

  • Food & Beverage
  • Apparel
  • Beauty
  • Health & Wellness
  • Furniture
  • Pet Supplies
  • Office Equipment
  • Outdoor Supplies
  • Auto

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: A successful track record of selling high-ticket services is preferred.
