Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and drive the growth of our investor client base across the U.S. In this role, you will reach out to real estate investors, present our lead generation services, and establish long-term relationships with clients who benefit from our motivated seller leads. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing company in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

Actively prospect, engage, and build relationships with real estate investors across the U.S.
Conduct phone calls, video meetings, and email outreach to communicate the value of our motivated home seller leads.
Qualify potential clients, assess their needs, and propose tailored solutions to meet their investment goals.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM software.
Provide exceptional service to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, lead generation, or related services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
Self-motivated with a passion for real estate and a strong desire to succeed.
