## Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building with clients. ## Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Conduct outside sales visits to engage with clients in person
- Collaborate with the business development team to implement strategies for growth
## Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail sales
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in an outside sales environment
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and goals
- Business development acumen with a strategic mindset
