Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Representative to manage day-to-day customer interactions, convert quotes into orders, and expand our customer base within the eCommerce data services sector. This role involves conducting sales presentations, building strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, effectively communicating our data solutions, and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails with existing and potential eCommerce clients.
- Convert quotes into orders through proactive communication and follow-up on our data service offerings.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities by researching and targeting potential leads in the eCommerce market.
- Conduct engaging sales presentations that effectively showcase the benefits of our data services.
- Provide exceptional levels of customer service with a clear and professional telephone manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with our eCommerce data solutions.
Qualifications:
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence.
- Proven skills in sales presentations and relationship building.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with a professional telephone manner.
- Experience in new business development and lead generation within the data services or eCommerce sectors.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven track record in sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in the eCommerce or data analytics sector is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
