Key Reponsibilites:
- Identify and target potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present and demonstrate our services to prospective clients through phone calls, texts, and emails.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications
- Negotiation skills
- Customer service experience
- Strong analytical abilities
- Previous sales experience
- Proficiency in outside sales and business development
- Ability to manage accounts effectively
- Knowledge of B2B sales and marketing strategies
- Familiarity with technology sales and Salesforce
- Fluency in Spanish would be a plus
