Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on business development and account management. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in technology sales and utilize skills in negotiation, analysis, and market understanding.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify business opportunities and drive sales growth
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales
- Strong business development and account management skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software
