Position Details

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative (Brand Manager) to join our dynamic team. This role is critical for driving sales growth by managing the full sales cycle from cold calling to closing high-ticket deals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable working in a commission-only role. If you’re a self-starter who loves to deliver results, this position is for you.

Responsibilities

- Cold call and schedule meetings with potential clients from provided cold leads.

- Conduct company presentations via Google Meet, showcasing our high-ticket packages.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently closing high-value deals.

- Use our CRM system to manage leads and follow up on sales activities (requires both a phone and a computer).

- Utilize an automatic dialer connected to your phone for efficient outreach (must have an unlimited phone plan).

- Manage dispositions and update lead status through the CRM after each interaction.

- Provide excellent communication and customer service to address client needs and concerns.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions and sales performance.

- Handle objections professionally and overcome challenges to close deals.

- Operate independently while being self-motivated to meet sales quotas.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales or a strong desire to succeed in a high-performance sales role.

- Comfortable with cold calling and selling to cold leads.

- Must have a phone with an unlimited plan for daily calls and a computer to manage CRM tasks.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems (experience with Google Workspace is a plus).

- Ability to handle the demands of a commission-only structure, where income is directly tied to performance.

- Willingness to commit to a set schedule and actively pursue sales targets daily.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $15,000.00 per month
