The REI Lab Inc. is an established online-based company that empowers women to invest in real estate through specialized coaching programs. We are seeking a motivated, flexible, and tech-savvy Sales Representative to join our team remotely. In this role, you will work directly with potential clients to help them access our primary coaching program and be a crucial part of their journey into real estate investing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Engagement: Manage leads generated through social media platforms, inbound ads, and email lists, as well as generate some cold leads via social media outreach.
- Sales Calls: Conduct outbound sales calls, follow up with warm leads, and facilitate the sales process through Zoom, calendar bookings, and iPad screen share.
- Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to chat inquiries in our Facebook Group and actively engage with the REIW community.
- Team Collaboration: Attend weekly Monday meetings (9:30 AM EST) and participate in live sessions on Thursdays (11 AM EST) to stay aligned with company goals.
- Event Support: Be available for occasional weekend sales events, including potential travel 1-2 times per year to weekend events for direct sales.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks, including answering online chats, managing SMS responses, and sending follow-up communications like 9-word emails.
Requirements:
- Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends depending on events.
- Availability for Monday morning meetings and Thursday live sessions.
- Self-motivated, professional demeanor with a passion for growth and self-improvement.
- Experience in sales or customer service (minimum 1 year required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy, with knowledge of Zoom, calendar bookings, spreadsheets, and more.
- A go-getter mindset with the ability to quickly learn and adapt.
