Role Overview:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team on a part-time basis initially. In this role, you will be instrumental in generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads within the SaaS and technology sectors, collaborating closely with our sales and marketing teams to convert these opportunities into revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients within the SaaS and technology industries through various channels, including email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.
- Qualification: Conduct in-depth conversations with prospects to understand their business challenges and needs, qualifying them as potential clients for Sharelitix.
- Nurturing: Develop and maintain relationships with qualified leads, providing them with relevant insights and solutions tailored to their needs.
- Collaboration: Partner with our sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth hand-off of qualified leads and strategize on the most effective approaches for target accounts.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions with prospects in our CRM system, and regularly update the team on your progress and pipeline.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in B2B sales development, lead generation, or a similar role, ideally within the B2B SaaS or technology sectors or the B2B marketing agency space.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Self-Motivated: Highly driven, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Resilience: A positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection and maintain momentum.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing tools, and other sales enablement platforms.
Compensation: This is a base pay plus a competitive commission structure role designed to reward performance:
- Base Pay: $15 per hour to provide stability and support as you build your pipeline.
- Uncapped Commission: Earn a 10% commission on the revenue from any deals closed that originated from your leads for the first 12 months of the client contract.
- Performance Bonuses: Earn additional bonuses for exceeding weekly or monthly meetings held targets.
