Role Overview: As an Independent Sales Contractor at Sembe, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of our online software solutions and laundry services. Your focus will be on securing new business opportunities across multiple industries, such as hospitality, restaurants, hotels, gyms, and more. This role is ideal for a self-driven sales professional who is passionate about helping businesses improve their operations through innovative technology and reliable service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential clients within the hospitality, restaurant, hotel, gym, and related industries.
  • Promote and sell Sembe’s online software solutions, with a focus on creating customized, SEO-optimized websites that enhance business visibility and efficiency.
  • Market our comprehensive laundry service solutions to businesses, emphasizing the convenience and quality that Sembe brings to the laundry process.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs and tailor Sembe’s services to meet those needs effectively.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through excellent customer service and ongoing support.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aimed at achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Utilize a variety of sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events, to generate leads and close deals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight the unique benefits of Sembe’s offerings.
  • Contract Negotiation and Closing:
  • Independently negotiate service agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both Sembe and the client.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract signing, securing long-term business relationships.
  • Market Research and Reporting:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for business development.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to Sembe’s leadership team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in B2B software solutions and/or service-based industries.
  • Strong network and familiarity with industries such as hospitality, restaurants, hotels, and gyms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Compensation:

  • Commission-Based Structure: This role offers a competitive commission structure with significant earning potential.
