Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identify new business opportunities, conduct product demonstrations, and manage accounts to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling and follow-up communications to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, effectively addressing customer inquiries.
- Manage existing accounts by building strong relationships and understanding client needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and improving overall performance.
- Utilize technical knowledge to explain product specifications and advantages to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account management in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or inside sales environment.
- Strong skills in account management with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to conduct effective product demos that engage potential clients.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Proficiency in cold calling techniques and lead generation strategies.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse client bases.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to achieve individual goals.
