What You’ll Do:

• Prospect for new clients in key markets, focusing on apartment buildings, restaurants, and businesses in downtown DC.
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, restaurant owners, and business decision-makers.
• Set up appointments and present MrBioClean’s unique value proposition to potential clients.
• Close deals and negotiate service agreements.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth handovers and maintain strong client relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong sales skills and a track record of closing deals (experience in B2B sales or service-based industries preferred but not required).
• Self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with downtown DC and local businesses is a plus.
• A passion for client satisfaction and a commitment to delivering quality results.

Compensation:

• Commission on the contract value, paid monthly for the duration of the contract.
• High earning potential with uncapped commissions!
• Flexible working hours (work remotely and manage your schedule).
