Position Details

Marketer.co is looking for ambitious, self-driven Sales Representatives in Denver, CO, to join our rapidly expanding digital marketing agency. In this role, you will play a crucial part in growing our client base by identifying businesses that can benefit from our cutting-edge digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, software development, and full-scale marketing strategies. This opportunity offers significant earning potential with a structured commission-based compensation model.

You will focus on prospecting, engaging with potential clients, and setting the stage for our Chief Revenue Officer to handle negotiations and close deals. The role is perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who excels in building relationships and delivering value to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients in the Denver area who would benefit from our wide array of digital marketing services.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and challenges, and presenting how our solutions align with their business goals.
  • Initial Sales Process: Conduct initial conversations with leads, qualify opportunities, and position Marketer.co’s services to meet client objectives.
  • Handoff for Negotiation and Closing: Collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, who will take over for negotiations and closing deals, ensuring the best possible outcome for both parties.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in our training programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and enhance your ability to effectively communicate our services to prospective clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside the sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless onboarding after the sale is completed.

Compensation Structure:

We offer a highly competitive commission structure that rewards you for the value you bring to the company. You will earn commissions on the deals generated from the clients you bring in, with the following breakdown:

  • 15% of the deal value from the client account in the 1st month
  • 10% of the deal value from the client account in all subsequent months

Training & Support:

  • Comprehensive Training: We will provide extensive training on our services, sales process, and the tools we use, equipping you to have confident and informed conversations with prospects.
  • CRO Support for Negotiation & Closing: All high-level negotiations and final deal closures will be handled by our Chief Revenue Officer, giving you the freedom to focus on building relationships and bringing in qualified leads.
  • Ongoing Mentorship: You’ll have access to ongoing mentorship and resources to help you succeed and grow in your role.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Sales Experience in Digital Marketing: Proven success in sales, ideally within the digital marketing industry (SEO, PPC, content marketing, software development).
  • Self-Motivated & Results-Oriented: Strong ability to work independently, manage your pipeline, and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You must be able to clearly communicate value propositions, build rapport with clients, and set up opportunities for negotiation and closure.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales-related tools for remote work and communication.

Location:

We are specifically seeking candidates based in Austin, Texas to focus on the local market. You will work remotely but should be familiar with the local business environment and capable of building relationships within the Austin area.
