Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as an Outgoing Cold Caller. In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for reaching out to local businesses to offer our website design services. Your role will focus on initiating meaningful conversations, asking insightful questions to understand their needs, and building genuine connections with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Cold Calls: Reach out to local businesses to introduce our website design services in a warm and engaging manner.
- Engage in Conversations: Ask questions to uncover the needs and goals of each business, and listen actively to their responses.
- Build Relationships: Develop a rapport with business owners and decision-makers, showing genuine interest in their business.
- Record Details: Log call details and interactions accurately in our CRM system for follow-up.
- Achieve Sales Goals: Drive sales by effectively communicating the benefits of our services and securing clients.

Qualifications:

Compensation:
- Commission-Based Pay: $500 commission per sale. No base salary. Earnings are directly tied to your performance and success in closing deals.
