Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to promote our new SaaS offering, Handbook. This role is essential for driving business growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, with experience in both B2B and direct sales environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential clients through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking. Focus on organizations in need of streamlining employee policy management, compliance training, and document distribution.
- Sales Process Management: Own the sales pipeline from initial outreach to closing, ensuring timely follow-ups and managing CRM records.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct virtual product demos, showcasing Handbook’s features including AI-powered policy generation, employee training, compliance tracking, and e-signature integration.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at organizations. Build trust by educating prospects about the value of Handbook’s unique platform.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings, providing feedback to the product team to ensure Handbook remains competitive.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, helping to drive overall company growth.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in software sales, particularly in SaaS or HR tech solutions.
- Experience working with competitors in the employee training, policy management, or compliance space is highly desirable (e.g., WorkBright, Trainual, Process Street, etc.).
- A track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing deals.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using CRM tools to track leads and sales processes.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $65,799.00 - $76,389.00 per year
