Position Details

Job Summary:
Greater Nashville Title is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Title Agency Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and other potential clients to drive new business to our title agency. The ideal candidate is self-driven, has strong sales experience, and understands the title and real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase title insurance sales by networking with real estate professionals, lenders, and investors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Attend real estate events, closings, and meetings to foster relationships and promote GNT's services.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on the real estate market, title insurance regulations, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth closing process for clients.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales activities and results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate or title insurance industry.
  • Strong network of contacts within the real estate industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to travel locally to meet with clients, attend events, and build relationships.
  • Basic knowledge of title insurance and closing processes is preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:

  • 30% commission on title insurance premiums for all deals originated by the salesperson.
  • $50 per closing for clients not originated by the salesperson.
