This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation and account management, with a focus on delivering exceptional product demonstrations and negotiating favorable terms for both the company and our customers. *Duties* - Develop and implement strategic plans for business development within assigned territories. - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in B2B sales. - Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling. - Manage existing accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. - Deliver engaging product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our offerings. - Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while maintaining strong customer relationships. - Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. *Experience* - Proven experience in territory sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment. - Strong understanding of territory management principles and market dynamics. - Demonstrated ability in lead generation techniques and inside sales strategies. - Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. - Experience in account management, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. - Familiarity with conducting product demos that effectively communicate product benefits. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
