We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individuals to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective lead generation, becoming a highly effective leader, understanding the effectiveness of products, and ultimately striving to become the best version of themselves. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships with clients and understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions. Duties

  • Identify potential clients and generate new leads.
  • Being passionate about financial education and understanding how it impacts people's lives.
  • Understanding our strategies to expand personal business opportunities.
  • Being knowledgeable about customer needs to provide insightful recommendations. (We will train you on this of course!)
  • Deliver engaging product demos that showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions.

Pay: $55,759.31 - $439,579.19 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
