RightSEM is a growing digital marketing and WebOps agency specializing in SEO, Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, Website Management, Social Media Marketing, and more. We are passionate about helping businesses optimize their online presence and drive measurable growth through tailored marketing strategies.

We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative with a proven track record in sales who will help us continue expanding our reach. If you are a high-energy sales professional with a desire to work with a growing company in the digital marketing space, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and engage new potential clients, focusing on small to mid-sized businesses.
  • Present and sell RightSEM's digital marketing services including SEO, WebOps, PPC, and Social Media Management to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Close sales opportunities and ensure clients are satisfied during onboarding.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to signed contracts, ensuring targets and sales goals are met.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve sales pitches and marketing materials.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales (preferably digital marketing, SaaS, or related industries).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services like SEO, PPC, WebOps, and Social Media Marketing (training will be provided if needed).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong prospecting and closing skills.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and high motivation.

Compensation:

  • Commission-Based: 10% commission on gross sales revenue for every client closed, for as long as the client account is active.
  • Recurring commission for repeat clients and ongoing contracts.
