Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. Must be passionate about the hunt, interacting with potential clients, and hitting monthly goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships, and contributing to the achievement of our sales goals. Specifically, you will be focused growing sales related to the following services:
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Complete first contact outreach to minimum of 25 leads per week produced by internal lead generation team.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Participate in events and conferences on behalf of the company
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, focusing on key decision-makers such as CTOs, Senior Leaders in Information Security, Senior Leaders in Operations, Senior Leaders in Compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and compliance requirements to effectively position AskDegree’s services.
Qualifications:
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the compliance, fintech, health-tech, or SaaS industries.
- Ability to learn compliance principles and its impact on regulated industries such as fintech, health tech, and data intensive B2B markets.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Self-starter with a meticulous and focused approach to work.
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and other project management tools like Notion and Jira.
