We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective lead generation, account management, and territory management. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships with clients, conducting product demos, and negotiating contracts to meet customer needs while achieving sales targets.
Duties
- Conduct inside sales activities to identify and qualify leads within assigned territories.
- Perform engaging product demos to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market landscape and competitive offerings.
- Generate new business opportunities through effective lead generation strategies.
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance brand visibility.
- Track sales metrics and prepare reports on performance against targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role with a focus on inside sales or business development.
- Strong skills in lead generation, territory management, and account management.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.
