Commission Based

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective lead generation, account management, and territory management. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships with clients, conducting product demos, and negotiating contracts to meet customer needs while achieving sales targets.

Duties

  • Conduct inside sales activities to identify and qualify leads within assigned territories.
  • Perform engaging product demos to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market landscape and competitive offerings.
  • Generate new business opportunities through effective lead generation strategies.
  • Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance brand visibility.
  • Track sales metrics and prepare reports on performance against targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role with a focus on inside sales or business development.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, territory management, and account management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.
