Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence on and off line . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, account management, and leadership skills.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
- Lead the sales team in prospecting, acquiring new clients, and maintaining customer relationships
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with beauty productS offerings
- Conduct outside and online sales visits to key clients and prospects
- Provide technical sales support to customers as needed
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
Skills:
- Proven experience in technology sales, outside sales, and online or related field
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and drive revenue growth
- Exceptional leadership skills to motivate and guide the sales team towards achieving targets
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce for managing customer interactions
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
