You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Required Skills and Experience:
· Must have previous Salesforce Business Development/Sales experience.
· Must have at least 2-3 years’ experience in Salesforce business development or sales experience
· Must have a well-connected Salesforce network and you should be aware Salesforce IT consultancy sales process.
· Must have experience in finding and working with the Salesforce lead for the client-facing environment and meeting with a new client for requirements.
· Must have experience researching, account planning, prospecting, and cold calling into a large list of Salesforce prospects.
· Must be able to gain interest through outbound cold calling across a set of existing Salesforce customers and breaking into a net new business in assigned territory.
· Must be able to generate new Salesforce business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities.
· Must be able to manage inbound Salesforce leads that are driven by outbound effort.
· Nurture early-stage Salesforce opportunities.
· Proven track record of achieving Salesforce sales metrics and consistent achievement of year-over-year quota attainment.
· Must have experience in Salesforce including Information Technologies (IT), cloud/SaaS products and consultancy Sales Business Processes.
· Must be able to partner with core sellers to identify and source net new Salesforce pipeline and assist by researching lines of business and personas.
· Identify key decision-makers within new Salesforce lead or prospect.
· You will have very well communication skills and outstanding listening skills.
Other Responsibilities:
· Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers.
· Proactively identify new Salesforce opportunities.
· Develop market strategies by researching lists of high-potential Salesforce prospects.
· You are responsible for working with the customer base through a strategic and consultative approach to win new Salesforce business prospects.
· Managing strategically full sales process from lead through to closing the new business opportunities.
· You will be working with a Salesforce Technical Engineer or Solution Architect effectively and communicating high-value proposals and presentations.
· You will be given help for the demo by Salesforce Technical Engineer or Solution Architect.
· Work with Salesforce lead to convert into opportunity.
· Work with online collaboration activities and campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
· Help with creating YouTube, and LinkedIn social media content that helps you to win new business opportunities.
You will collaborate with the team to use the company website and Salesforce ecosystem to generate new business opportunities.
