We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and develop strategies that will drive revenue growth through the sale of IT consulting services. This fully remote role is commission-based, providing high earning potential tied directly to your success and the performance of your team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and inspire a remote sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for IT consulting services (business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis management).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building relationships with potential clients.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and closing deals.
- Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies with outreach campaigns.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and exploring upsell opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the IT consulting or technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of business continuity, disaster recovery, or IT services.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools to manage performance and pipeline.
- A self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Compensation:
- This is a commission-based role with no fixed salary. Compensation is tied directly to individual and team sales performance.

Pay: $81,212.00 - $88,184.00 per year
