We are looking for a highly driven, persistent, friendly, confident, high energy, results-oriented individual with a desire to learn, thrive and excel within our company as a part-time sales manager!

We are a Land investing company that sells untouched, beautiful, raw American land to help folks achieve their dreams of land ownership. We will be celebrating 2 years in the industry at the end of 2024. We hope to create ripple effects throughout our communities locally and nationally by creating opportunities for those around us to live life on their own terms. This includes individuals and other businesses alike!

We strive to be able to offer affordable land to anyone that dreams of owning a piece of our great country and pride ourselves on providing a superior client experience including a purchase process that is quick and easy. The role of sales manager is therefore a crucial one in our company!

This is a part-time, 100% commission-based, fully remote position where you will be making outbound calls to sales leads that have responded through our marketing channels to purchase our land (all our inbound leads are hot!). Past sales and real estate experience preferred but required; however, you must be eager to learn and be teachable.

1-3 hours per day as needed (10-20 hrs/week). 70% of time on the phone, along with 30% time devoted to various lead and client management activities using our software (including drafting contracts and deeds). You must love talking to and negotiating with people, be extremely personable on the phone, be prompt/timely with returning communications/inquiries, and have a strong work ethic with attention to detail.

- LOVES talking to people, a natural conversationalist and confident/friendly on the phone

- Highly responsive, reliable and punctual

- Organized and detail-oriented

Role Requirements

- Flexible work hours and availability outside of normal business hours

- Quiet workspace

- Computer and phone access, stable internet

- Comfortable with technology/online tools

- ***Bilingual English and Spanish preferred (but not required)

Compensation

- 4 week trial period paid at a flat rate

- 100% commission-based following trial period (10-15%)

- Increasing passive monthly recurring income (for deals closed through financing)

- Upfront commission on downpayments, document/closing fees, and cash sales.
