Overview
In this 1099 contract position we are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join new team in Minnesota. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring and developing a sales team, increasing revenue by prospecting and acquiring new clients, and maintaining ongoing customer relationships. Growth opportunities exist within this growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and train Sales Representatives
- Provide timely status reports
- Collaborate well with the sales team to achieve targets
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and drive sales growth
- Manage assigned sales territory effectively
- Utilize cold calling techniques to reach potential customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly
- Implement sales strategies and techniques to meet sales objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales management is required
- Strong understanding of sales management principles
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to manage accounts effectively
- Technical sales knowledge is a plus
- Proficiency in territory management, strategic planning, and account management
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, with proven success in managing a sales team
- Demonstrated expertise in outside sales, with a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in managing a diverse portfolio of accounts and implementing effective sales strategies

Pay: $72,674.00 - $200,000.00 per year
